Level 1 Package: Foundational Support
For schools seeking to build a stronger understanding of student behavior, we offer foundational, trauma-informed professional development. Our team provides training on the neuroscience of behavior, the impact of trauma and stress, and practical de-escalation techniques. Staff will leave with clear strategies that can be implemented immediately. This package typically includes four on-campus training sessions and ongoing email/text support with rapid response times.
Level 2 Package: Targeted Intervention
If behavior issues are becoming a concern and are impacting staff morale, our Tier 2 support is designed to help. We begin by identifying key pain points through data analysis and staff conversations. We then provide customized training and monthly on-site support, including small group meetings and ongoing data reviews to track progress. Pre- and post-surveys for both staff and students ensure accountability and measure improvements.
Level 3 Package: Comprehensive Intervention
When behavior problems are deeply entrenched and affecting school culture, we offer intensive support to help turn things around. In addition to all Tier 2 services, we provide at least 30 on-site days per school year, assist in the development or refinement of MTSS processes, and offer confidential one-on-one coaching for staff. Our goal is to rebuild trust, improve staff retention, and restore a positive learning environment.
